The Check Valve Power Station is installed on the outlet pipe of the high pressure feed pump of the thermal power unit to prevent the backflow of water supply and protect the feed pump. This Check Valve Power Station works with the minimum flow automatic recirculation bypass valve of the pump. When the feed pump is under low load or the outlet shut-off valve is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in the open position to ensure the safe operation of the pump. When the air discharge check valve is opened, the recirculation bypass valve will automatically close. Not suitable for medium containing solid particles and high viscosity

Open the Check Valve Power Station, and the feed pump starts. When the feed water reaches a certain pressure, the valve clack will rise to a certain height under the action of the feed water pressure, push it away from the valve seat, and the feed water will flow out. At the same time, due to the rise of the valve flap, the connecting rod is driven to rotate, and the valve blade of the exhaust port is pulled to move the recirculation blade valve downward to close the exhaust port. When the feed water flow decreases, the valve clack drops, pushes the connecting rod to open the vent valve, and opens the recirculation valve to maintain the minimum allowable flow of the pump. When the pump stops, the valve clack will fall automatically, and the valve port channel will be closed to prevent damage to the water supply system caused by high-pressure water hammer.
