Structural characteristics of Pneumatic Flat Gate Valve

1. The sealing structure of valve seat shall be elastic with pre tightening force, and the upstream and downstream sealing seats shall be sealed at the same time. Face to face sealing is always used between the valve seat and the seal.

2. The valve seat has self-cleaning function, and will not be directly washed by the air flow during the opening or closing process of the valve. Valve seats shall be made of lubricated, non abrasive material.

3. The failure of the valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and maintenance and replacement can be carried out without removing the valve.
