Parallel double disc slab gate valve WCB

The parallel double disc slab Gate Valve is suitable for closed-circuit equipment on pipelines with water and sewage as medium, and is not allowed to be used for flow regulation and emptying. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power and other industries. Open and close on the pipeline of steam, water, oil and other media with nominal pressure ≤ 1.0MPa.
1. The sealing structure of the valve seat should be elastic and preloaded, and the upstream and downstream sealing seats are sealed at the same time. There is always a face-to-face seal between the valve seat and the seal.
2. The valve seat has a self-cleaning function, and is not directly scoured by the airflow during the valve opening or closing process. Seats should be made of lubricated, non-wearing material.
3. The failure of the valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and maintenance and replacement work can be carried out without dismantling the valve.
(1) Yoke Sleeves – Aluminum bronze yoke sleeves feature needle thrust bearings to minimize operating torque.
(2) Stem – threaded length to bracket; pin and spot weld; for stability.
(3) Pressure Seal – Simple construction with segmented retaining ring and silver plated mild steel gasket to facilitate disassembly and achieve a bonnet seal.
(4) Seat Rings – Welded seat rings are perpendicular to the flow passage for easy maintenance.
(5) Actuators – These valves can be configured with electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators. Below DN300 is equipped with standard manual handwheel, and above DN350 is equipped with helical gear operating mechanism.
(6) Yokes – Fully fabricated yokes are shock tested for ease of maintenance and actuator installation.
(7) Gland – Two-piece, self-adjusting gland to avoid being ejected.
(8) Integral rear seat – hard-faced for maximum life.
(9) Disc – The spring-loaded disc is self-adjusting, reducing the torque requirements of the actuator.
